As a Graphic Designer, you will create high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns, collaborate with our marketing team, and use both traditional and AI-powered design tools to deliver compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for digital and print, including social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign-aligned visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Create motion graphics and perform light video editing for reels and promos.
• Use AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva AI to enhance productivity.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in digital marketing or an agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with Canva, Figma, and motion graphics software.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design, DALL·E, Midjourney).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile visuals.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Slack, and Asana.
