About Mint More Marketing (MMM)

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creatives for social media (posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, ads).
Create branding collaterals including logos, brochures, website banners, and packaging.
Work closely with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life.
Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with client guidelines.
Adapt and optimize creatives across formats (print, digital, outdoor).
Keep up with the latest design, digital, and social trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Collaborate with video editors, photographers, and other creatives for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency background preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects optional).
Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory. (IS A MUST)
Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience in branding, packaging, and digital-first design is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing your best creative work.
