Role Description We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads Specialist) to join our team full-time, on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role requires expertise in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) . The candidate will be responsible for: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies. Managing campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing. Monitoring KPIs, generating performance reports, and deriving actionable insights. Conducting competitor and market research to improve ROI. Collaborating with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages. Communicating performance and strategy updates with clients and internal teams. Qualifications & Skills Core Skills Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). Expertise in campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion tracking . Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and attribution models . Experience in keyword research, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization . Ability to analyze large datasets, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations. Additional Skills Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations . Understanding of e-commerce, D2C, and lead generation campaigns . Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
