What we are looking for

• Agency experience is a MUST.

• Experience with visualization, photo manipulation, image enhancements.

• Solid experience with user-centric design methods.

• Flair for brand identity design and some experience in identity design systems.

• Visual communication and typography skills - both are a must.

• Experience - 2 to 5 years maximum

You should be knowledgeable about best design communication practices across digital & social media. Not only are you good at putting your thoughts in design, but you also understand the business perspective & objectives behind the creative requirements. This makes you good at translating brief to design mock-ups easily & quickly. You are skilled in Visualizing and at creative software like Photoshop, Illustrator, & After Effects(optional). And you firmly believe your designs should evoke emotions, and actions.

A typical day

• Execute creative requirements for digital & social campaigns. Cultivate a solid body of work
• Analyze results & optimize creatives for improvement
• Partner with client servicing teams to contribute ideas & designs for business development
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

Required Candidate profile

• Proven graphic designing experience – at least 2 year
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality ( this is non-negotiable)
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe suite etc)
• Professionalism regarding time, and deadlines
