Creative Agency Account Executive (Ad Agency)

Role Overview

1-2 years experience in a creative digital agency – MUST HAVE

Lead client relationships and project management

Drive business growth and maintain profitability

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

·        Act as primary point of contact for clients

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships

·        Guide clients on branding, marketing, and strategic decisions

·        Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

·        Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Project Management

·        Lead projects from kickoff to delivery

·        Create and manage project timelines and budgets

·        Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media)

·        Ensure quality control of all deliverables

·        Monitor resource allocation and team productivity

Business Development

·        Participate in client presentations and pitches

·        Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

·        Contribute to agency's service offering expansion

·        Stay current with industry trends and innovations

·        Provide strategic recommendations to clients

Required Skills

·        Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

·        Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·        Strong attention to detail and quality control

Qualifications

·        2-4 years experience in a digital agency environment

·        Proven track record of client relationship management

·        Experience with creative and technical projects

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing and design

·        Excellence in English communication
