Overview

Masters’ Union is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand's identity. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and design engaging visuals for various digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements and presentations.

● Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

● Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.

● Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to produce high-quality designs.

● Ensure all designs meet the standards for typography, spacing, color themes, and alignment.

● Select and incorporate high-quality images from reputable sources to enhance the visual appeal of the content.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s visual identity modern and effective.


Preferred Attributes:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.

● A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of brand consistency.

● Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media.

● Proficiency in design softwares including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

● Strong knowledge of branding, typography, design principles, spacing, color theory,

and alignment.

● Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them in creating intuitive and engaging designs.

● Knowledge of sourcing and licensing images from reputable sources.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
