We're Hiring: Experienced Graphic Designer (Hybrid – Ludhiana) We're a creative company , and we’re on the lookout for a skilled and versatile Graphic Designer who can bring strong creative ideas to life and help elevate our brand visuals to the next level. If you’ve worked in an agency environment , have hands-on experience with Figma , logo, and brand design , and are comfortable creating graphic videos and social media content , we want to hear from you! Location : Ludhiana (Hybrid – remote + in-office when required) Salary : Depends on your experience Experience : Minimum 3 years (agency or professional freelance background) Job Type : Full-time | Hybrid | Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role As a Graphic Designer in our team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and clients. Since we are in a growth phase , we are looking for someone with strong ownership, initiative, and proven experience to work across a wide range of design needs. You must be confident handling a high volume of design work—from branding to digital assets—while maintaining creativity and consistency. Key Responsibilities Branding & Identity : Develop logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines from scratch UI/UX Work : Design wireframes, web layouts, and mobile mockups using Figma Content Creation : Design graphics for social media, ad creatives, presentations, and print materials Motion Design : Create graphical video content , short animations, reels, and ad promos (basic video editing or After Effects skills a plus) Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, social media, and leadership teams to meet design goals Project Ownership : Take full responsibility for your design pipeline, deadlines, and quality control. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a design agency or as a freelancer with agency-level output Expert knowledge of Figma , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of branding, digital content, and video work Ability to think creatively, take feedback positively, and work independently Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once Experience working in a fast-paced or startup/growth environment is a big advantage What You’ll Get Hybrid flexibility – work remotely with occasional in-person meetings at our Ludhiana office High creative freedom and decision-making opportunity Scope to grow with the brand and contribute at a core level Collaborative and supportive work culture Show more Show less
