Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can produce visually engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a passion for creativity, and the ability to leverage modern design and AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, and campaigns
• Create visual assets for presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams
• Design brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials
• Support product-related design needs and UI visuals when required
• Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance needs
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

AI & Emerging Tools Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered tools for concept generation, ideation, and creative exploration
• Assist in background creation, image enhancement, and asset variations using AI
• Combine AI-generated outputs with manual design workflows to maintain originality
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and design technologies
• Ensure ethical, brand-safe, and consistent use of AI-generated content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with digital-first design (social media, websites, ads)
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory
