Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces and flows for web applications using Figma.

Collaborate with developers to translate designs into responsive and functional UI components.

Help create and maintain design systems and asset libraries that ensure consistency across projects.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and design review sessions.

Participate in user research and usability testing to refine design solutions.

Support the development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Ensure designs adhere to web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Organize design files and maintain version control within Figma.

Communicate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.

Understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and web development basics.

Familiarity with responsive design and basic HTML/CSS concepts is a plus.

Strong visual design sense, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills in Figma or related tools.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience or familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of other design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva.

Ability to participate in Agile development workflow
