Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Director, Copywriter, and Art Director to conceptualize, develop, and execute compelling visuals for a variety of platforms, including digital, social, print, and activation campaigns. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality design solutions that align with client objectives and marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and pitch campaign ideas, art direction, and design concepts to clients.
• Produce high-quality visuals for digital, social media, print, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Maintain the integrity of design aesthetics and brand guidelines throughout all deliverables.
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and content development.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through to final execution, including presentations, client feedback, and revisions.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of craft, usability, and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the copywriting team to ensure visual and written elements are aligned to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, digital technologies, and industry innovations to ensure designs are modern, relevant, and culturally aware.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a creative agency or production environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design expertise.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Experience in both traditional and digital design, with a deep understanding of social media, mobile, and web design.

Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual communication.

A solid understanding of how to balance creative freedom with meeting marketing goals and client expectations.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and defend your ideas clearly.

A passion for staying up-to-date on current design trends and continuously honing your creative skills.
