You will design social media creatives, brand visuals, ads, and offline collateral while collaborating with content, strategy, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design ad creatives, social media posts, brand visuals, and print/offline assets
• Convert briefs into engaging, high-quality visuals
• Work closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams
• Create design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools
• Maintain consistency in branding and attention to detail
• Stay updated with trends, platform best practices, and audience insights
• Report to and take guidance from the Creative Head
Requirements
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum 1 year design experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Familiarity with AI tools is a strong advantage
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory
• Portfolio showcasing ads, social media designs, and print work
• Ability to work fast, think creatively, and take feedback positively
