Position Summary

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development & Guardianship:

  • Design and maintain comprehensive

    Brand Guidelines

    and style guides (typography, colour palettes, tone of voice, imagery, etc.).
  • Ensure strict consistency and integrity of the brand identity across all internal and external materials.
  • Participate in the conceptualisation and execution of new brand initiatives and sub-brands.
  • Creative Asset Production:

  • Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:
  • Digital:

    Website graphics, social media content, email templates, display ads, and infographics.
  • Print:

    Brochures, reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
  • Visual Identity:

    Logos, iconography, and visual language systems.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand project objectives and target audiences.
  • Translate complex concepts and business strategies into clear, engaging visual designs.
  • Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions effectively to non-design stakeholders.
  • Design Management:

  • Manage and organise the creative asset library (DAM).
  • Stay current with industry trends, design software, and best practices in branding and visual marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years

    of professional graphic design experience, with a significant portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity development and application.
  • Expert proficiency

    in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proven ability

    to take a brand from concept to launch, including developing comprehensive style guides.
  • Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, colour theory) and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (Figma/Sketch).
  • Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
