What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize and design brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital & print assets for a diverse range of clients.
• Develop engaging social media creatives, website visuals, packaging designs, Ul/UX elements, and presentation decks.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy.
• Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across different platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and motion design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Stay updated with global design trends, typography, color theory, and branding innovations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.

Required skills and experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong visual storytelling, branding, and conceptualization skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
• Knowledge of print and digital design, including marketing collateral, social media, and Ul/UX elements.
• Ability to create modern, innovative, and visually striking designs.
• Experience working on packaging design, brand guidelines, and campaign rollouts is a plus.
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).
