The ideal candidate must hold an M.Com degree and possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting functions, especially in a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform and oversee day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate ledgers. Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping. GST Compliance: Handle GST billing, filing of various forms, and preparation & submission of GST returns. Ensure full compliance with GST norms and regulations. Taxation & TDS: Manage income tax matters including advance tax calculations and assessments. Handle all TDS-related compliance, deductions, filings, and returns. Candidate Profile: M.Com with a strong academic background. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and manufacturing finance. Sound knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
