We’re looking for a
kick-ass Graphic Designer
who has already pushed their creative limits in college — designing for fests, events, clubs, competitions, social media, and anything else they could get their hands on. If you’ve been the go-to designer in your college and love experimenting with visuals, videos, and animations, this role is for you.In this position, you’ll work on high-impact visual design across our marketing and product teams. Over the next two years, you will gradually transition into Product Design
, taking on more UI/UX responsibilities as you grow inside the company.What You’ll Work On
Graphic & Visual Design
Create high-quality graphics for social media, website banners, landing pages, blogs, emailers, and product marketing content.Design visual assets for internal presentations, sales decks, and communication materials.Turn ideas into clean, engaging creative output with strong visual appeal.Build illustrations, icons, and micro-graphics that support our product and brand storytelling.Video Editing & Motion
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere (mandatory).Create short-form content, reels, and product teasers.Animate simple product explainers, transitions, and micro-animations (motion is a big plus, not mandatory).Work on promotional content for campaigns and launches.Your Growth Path (First 24 Months)
As you gain mastery in visual design, you will begin taking on UI/UX responsibilities such as:Creating simple wireframes and UI mockups in Figma.Designing product visuals and layouts.Understanding user flows and basic product thinking.Contributing to interface design and product experience over time.This is a long-term track — no pressure on day one, but a clear path ahead.
What We’re Looking For
A fresher (0–1 year experience) with strong college-level design experience
— you’ve designed for events, fests, departments, clubs, posters, reels, thumbnails, etc.A portfolio that shows creativity, experimentation, and passion for design.Proficiency Across Adobe Suite
PhotoshopIllustratorPremiere (must)After Effects (preferred)Strong skills in Figma
for basic layouts and UI concepts.Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and handle multiple creative requests.A visual sense that stands out — great typography, color choices, layouts, and storytelling.High energy, self-driven, and hungry to grow into product design.Tools You Should Know
