Job Description

Key purpose of the role: This role supports B2B E-Commerce marketing, rural marketing and Brand needs by designing marketing collaterals and creating engaging visual content to enhance brand communication. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative assets for digital and offline campaigns, including designing creatives for rural marketing. This role supports creating a high brand recall value through use of visually appealing design elements and adhering to the brand guidelines. Resposibilities: Design & Creative Development Basic Video Editing & Motion Graphics Brand Consistency & Visual Identity Marketing Campaign Support What Key Tasks will be involved? Develop marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, emailers, social media creatives, exhibition posters, standees/banners, and office branding materials. Create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics for website content, presentations, and sales materials. Edit short-form videos (2-3 mins) for social media and marketing campaigns. Develop GIFs and animated visuals to enhance digital engagement. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into effective designs. Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation activities. Assist in creating event-related branding materials for exhibitions, roadshows, and trade fairs. Opportunity: Work with a fast-growing company in the bio-energy sector.
