Job Description

Asset & Machine management Network:- Travel to customer sites to, troubleshoot, get repairing, and maintain deployed equipment/assets Utilize equipment manuals, technical documents, internal, and solve machine related issues. Position will be responsible for upkeeping of all farm equipment assets available with minimum downtime. Coordinating invoicing of all available assets with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization. Supervising team for trouble shooting and performing preventive maintenance of all assets by applying regular/routine checks Comply with all safety and health regulations. Creating, designing SOPs to create a reliable system that enables preventive and predictive maintenance. Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades Close coordination with OEM of assets and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets. maintaining proper and updated records Responsible for Assets sweating in order to reach optimal utilization of all assets during there life cycle
