About the Role

Gems Invite is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and trend-focused Graphic Designer who can blend modern aesthetics with spiritual, astrology & lifestyle themes. The ideal candidate must have a strong sense of visual storytelling and should be capable of creating premium-quality content that resonates with digital audiences.

If you are passionate about designing powerful visuals, experimenting with styles, and keeping up with the latest design trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-conversion social media creatives, reel covers, YouTube thumbnails, and carousel posts.

Create eye-catching ad creatives, banners, promotional graphics, and landing page visuals.

Develop astrology-focused and spiritual-themed designs with a modern, premium, and aesthetic appeal.

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, visual consistency, and campaign strategies.

Work on advanced layouts with a focus on storytelling, symmetry, typography, and color theory.

Collaborate closely with the Content, Marketing & Video Editing teams to deliver 360° campaign creatives.

Stay updated with latest design trends, platform-specific trends, and digital aesthetics.

Use and experiment with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, etc.).

Deliver projects within deadlines with high-quality output and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere (bonus).

Ability to create minimal, modern, premium-looking designs.

Strong understanding of color psychology, layout balance, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Creativity with speed—able to produce high-volume creatives with quality.

Experience in astrology, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, or spiritual content design is a plus.

Ability to think creatively and bring innovative design ideas to execution.

Strong communication & teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on skills, portfolio quality & experience).
