We "The Mansion" are an innovative luxury gifting brand established in 2017, specializing in conceptualizing and manufacturing our own gift boxes, packaging, graphics, and products.  Our collections are custom-designed and crafted, with every element—from box to product to printed collateral—reflecting artistry and refined storytelling.

Role Overview:

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, experience in luxury/lifestyle product development, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences across mediums. This role goes beyond conventional box graphics—encompassing product graphics (scarves, bags, accessories), technical layouts for packaging, conceptual development for boxes, and styling/art direction for photography and campaign storytelling. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the visual language of our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop packaging, boxes, and product graphics that align with brand vision, narrative, and luxury quality standards.
• Work on graphics for products such as scarves, bags, and accessories, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness in design across formats.
• Develop technical layouts and prototypes for packaging with attention to detail, usability, and aesthetics.
• Support the creation of collaterals—product inserts, gift cards, catalogues, and brand manuals.
• Provide art direction and styling for campaign/product photography and visual storytelling, collaborating with photographers and stylists.
• Contribute to concept building and brainstorming for new products, boxes, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with select social media and website graphics, maintaining consistency with physical collateral (not a core responsibility).
• Stay updated with design trends, luxury consumer preferences, and Indian as well as global artistic inspirations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury/lifestyle products, packaging, or branding.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Corel and knowledge of print production techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, product, and campaign design projects.
• Demonstrated ability in art direction and styling for both print and digital assets.
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
