NetPractice is an edtech startup helping SSC aspirants achieve exam success with gamified practice, streaks, and smart learning tools. We’re now building a strong social media presence to connect with aspirants through engaging, motivating, and high-quality content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Raipur team. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging visual content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands youth trends, and can bring energy and creativity to educational content.

Responsibilities

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories aligned with NetPractice’s brand style.
• Edit short-form reels & YouTube shorts with captions, transitions, trending effects, and music.
• Design thumbnails, banners, and infographics for social media.
• Repurpose educational content into visually engaging formats.
• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to execute a consistent publishing calendar.
• Stay updated with social media & design trends to make content relatable and fresh.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (for design).
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (for video editing).
• Basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience in social media content creation (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts).
• A good eye for color, typography, and layouts.
• Ability to work from Raipur office (with some hybrid flexibility).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
