Role Summary

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for managing all visual content requirements for PlayAll. This includes editing photos, creating posters, reels, and videos for events, offers, and brand communication. The role also includes operational responsibility of managing WhatsApp automation software used for customer communication.

Core Responsibilities

Graphic Design

•Design posters, banners, and creatives for events, offers, and campaigns.

•Create daily creatives for Instagram, WhatsApp, and internal communication.

•Maintain visual consistency with PlayAll’s brand guidelines.

Video Editing & Reels

•Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.

•Create promotional videos for events, venues, and customer engagement.

•Add subtitles, music, transitions, and basic motion effects.

Photo Editing

•Edit event and venue photos for marketing use.

•Perform color correction, cropping, and basic retouching.

Cross-Team Support

•Work closely with the Customer Success team for campaign and event creatives.

•Deliver creatives as per timelines and weekly requirements.

Plus Points (Strong Advantage)

•Ability to shoot videos on-ground using mobile or camera.

•Understanding of basic shooting techniques (angles, lighting, framing).

•Prior experience with sports, events, or short-form content creation.

Additional Responsibility (Minus / Trade-off)

•Manage WhatsApp automation software, including:

•Uploading creatives and message templates

•Scheduling / triggering campaigns

•Coordinating with internal teams for content updates

•This responsibility is operational and in addition to creative work.

Skills & Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

•Proficiency in tools such as:

•Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

•Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut (any one strong)

•Understanding of social media formats and content trends.

•Ability to work fast with minimal supervision.
