Job Title: Graphic Designer (AI-Driven) Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Job Overview: We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for both design and technology. In this role, you’ll be using traditional design tools along with AI-powered platforms to create high-impact visual content across print and digital media. The ideal candidate should have a strong design foundation and be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools that enhance creativity, speed, and efficiency in design workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for websites, social media, print materials, digital ads, and email templates using both traditional design software and AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI. AI Integration: Leverage AI design platforms to generate design concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and support creative brainstorming. Branding: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the company’s visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions using a blend of manual and AI-assisted design. Typography & Layout: Apply strong knowledge of type, layout, and color theory to produce polished and professional designs. Revision & Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements while maintaining high-quality standards. File Preparation: Prepare final artwork for both digital and print distribution, optimizing assets for performance and quality. Trend Awareness: Stay current on design and AI trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to the team’s creative output. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience Graphic Designer Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across digital and print media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar. Exposure to or experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI). Strong foundation in design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of web design principles and asset optimization is a plus.
