Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for both design and technology. In this role, you’ll be using traditional design tools along with AI-powered platforms to create high-impact visual content across print and digital media. The ideal candidate should have a strong design foundation and be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools that enhance creativity, speed, and efficiency in design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for websites, social media, print materials, digital ads, and email templates using both traditional design software and AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI design platforms to generate design concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and support creative brainstorming.
• Branding: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the company’s visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions using a blend of manual and AI-assisted design.
• Typography & Layout: Apply strong knowledge of type, layout, and color theory to produce polished and professional designs.
• Revision & Feedback: Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.
• File Preparation: Prepare final artwork for both digital and print distribution, optimizing assets for performance and quality.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on design and AI trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovation to the team’s creative output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience Graphic Designer
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Exposure to or experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI).
• Strong foundation in design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of web design principles and asset optimization is a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
