Graphic Designer

1. Role Objective:

To create high-quality graphic designs and product artworks for toys and related products, ensuring brand consistency,

visual appeal, and adherence to design guidelines.

2. Key Responsibilities:

-Create product designs, packaging artworks, labels, stickers, and promotional materials.

- Design creative layouts, illustrations, and vector graphics for toys and related products.

- Support product development team with concept sketches and mockups.

- Ensure designs are production-ready with correct dimensions, color codes, and file formats.

- Work with the Industrial/Product Design team to create visuals for new toy concepts.

- Develop 2D design representations to support 3D model creation and prototyping.

- Understand toy aesthetics, themes, and age-appropriate design requirements.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, QC, R&D, and production teams.

- Assist during sampling, prototype development, and trial runs.

- Ensure timely delivery of all design materials as per project timelines.

- Maintain proper design archives and version control.

- Prepare final production files with accurate die-lines, bleed settings, and measurements.

3. Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

- Strong artistic skills and sense of color, typography, and layout.

- Ability to visualize concepts and turn ideas into creative designs.

- Understanding of print processes and packaging requirements.

- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills.

4. Additional Requirements:

- Toy industry or consumer product design experience preferred (but not mandatory).

- Creativity with the ability to think beyond standard design patterns.

- Female candidates only, as per role requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
