Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Accenture, your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will collaborate with client teams to understand their needs, design visual storyboards, and develop high-end cutting-edge designs for complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency. - Collaborate with the client team to review scripts, design visual storyboards, and create and edit designs. - Provide media effort estimation and solutioning support. - Build functional competency as Media Lead, conduct training, mentor aligned team members, and drive reusability initiatives. - Work independently on design, visualization, and media development from conception to delivery. - Create graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) while maintaining the highest quality standards. - Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for the project. - Ensure timely delivery of the final product aligned with client needs and budget. - Utilize expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Camtasia, etc. - Possess knowledge of content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and other relevant technologies. - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Apply fair knowledge of e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design, development, and rapid authoring tools. - Exhibit expertise in creative communications across web, print, and digital platforms using cutting-edge technology. - Embrace a quick learner mindset with an ability to adapt to new tools. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in a relevant domain. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. - Familiarity with e-learning best practices, SCORM/AICC standards, learning design, development, and rapid authoring tools. - Proficiency in working with design tools and multimedia technologies. - Quick learner with an aptitude for adapting to new tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural competence.
