What You’ll Do

• Develop high-quality static and motion creatives for advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
• Translate marketing briefs into visually striking concepts that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and strategists to refine and iterate creatives quickly
• Leverage AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Figma plugins) to enhance creative output and speed
• Stay ahead of design, advertising, and visual trends in performance marketing, DTC, SaaS, and tech sectors
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh creative directions
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in performance marketing, brand design, or social media campaigns
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing ad creatives for Meta Ads or short-form video formats is a plus
• Curiosity for experimenting with AI-driven creative tools and workflows
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful marketing design work
