We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Design Manager to own and drive the design and creative direction across branding, social media, and digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for shaping brand identity, leading campaign thinking, and mentoring a talented creative team. ● Lead branding and identity design for client brands from concept to execution.
● Build and execute creative strategy for social media campaigns aligned with client goals.
● Define and guide the visual and content direction — across static, video, reels, GIFs, and interactive formats.
● Act as the creative POC for clients — present ideas, gather feedback, and translate it into refined outputs.
● Collaborate with strategy, social media, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
● Mentor and manage a team of designers — encouraging experimentation, timely delivery, and quality output.
● Ensure brand consistency across all client content and creatives.
● Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and creative best practices to keep work fresh and competitive.
● Partner with the Senior Director to review creative performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
● Oversee project timelines and resource allocation across multiple campaigns and
accounts.
● 5+ years of experience in a design or creative role, preferably in an agency setup.
● A strong portfolio with branding, social media campaigns, video assets, and other digital content.
● Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, or other relevant motion tools.
● Solid understanding of digital-first storytelling, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
● Experience in leading creative teams and client communication.
● The ability to balance creativity with structure, and inspire the team to deliver standout work.
● Have experience with motion graphics or creative direction for video.
● Are comfortable presenting to clients and defending creative thinking.
● Love branding and building visual identities from scratch.
