Graphic Design Intern

Location: Onsite – CR Park (Neofox HQ) Duration: 6 Months Internship (with PPO based on performance) Stipend: Competitive This is not your “make-a-Canva-post-and-leave” internship. This is Neofox — a creative agency built in chaos, obsessed with culture, and allergic to mediocrity. We’re not looking for someone who just wants to practice Photoshop. We want someone who wants to design brands that people remember. About the Role: We’re hunting for a visual thinker who can turn a blank artboard into scroll-stopping content. As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll create punchy visuals, support big pitches, and help shape the aesthetic DNA of bold brands. What You’ll Do: Design posts, thumbnails, carousels, and reel covers for digital campaigns Support the team on pitch decks, mockups, and visual storytelling Assist in building brand kits, logo systems, and creative playbooks Experiment with typography, layout, and creative formats Keep your design eye sharp with trends, inspo, and platform changes What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator & Canva Bonus: Motion graphics basics or Figma skills Sharp aesthetic instincts and a hunger to learn diverse brand styles A strong portfolio (even if it's passion projects) Quick turnarounds, no drama around feedback loops This isn’t about “learning the ropes.” It’s about becoming a designer who can lead the next rebrand.
