Position Overview

IR Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities.
• Prepare reports summarizing key findings to support investor relations strategies.

Database Management

• Maintain and update the investor contact database.
• Ensure communication materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements

Investor Communication Support

• Assist in drafting and editing investor communication materials, including earnings reports, press releases, and shareholder updates.

Event Support

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing investor-related events and meetings.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support engagement with key stakeholders (analysts, investors) by preparing investor briefs, maintaining monthly MIS, and generating activity reports.

Education:

• B.Com (Finance Enthusiast), MBA in Finance, or CFA Level 1 (appearing/pursuing)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow)
