Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets.
• Learn and understand production processes, machinery operation, and quality parameters.
• Monitor process parameters and report deviations or abnormalities to shift in-charge.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environment (SHE) norms on the floor.
• Maintain production records and assist in preparing daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
• Learn company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production documentation systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.
