Graduate Trainee Engineer

As a Trainee Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on industrial safety products. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, learning and applying manufacturing processes, and supporting the design and testing of safety product components. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring product quality, compliance, and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations of the production floor, assembly line, or quality control. - Learn and apply manufacturing processes, machine operations, and safety protocols. - Support engineers in the design, testing, and implementation of safety product components. - Monitor product quality, participate in inspections, testing, and root cause analysis of defects. - Maintain documentation for production processes, test results, and compliance reports. - Participate in training programs related to ISO standards, safety regulations, and lean manufacturing. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Maintenance. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times. Qualifications: - Fresh Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineers or with 1 or 2 years of experience, or an Engineer/Science Graduate with an MBA. - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical/electrical systems. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with safety norms and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office, CAD tools, or PLC programming (based on department) is an advantage.
