Job Description

This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with Technical Architects and Leads , gaining clear visibility into client-facing projects with stakeholders in North America .

This position is ideal for candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a high learning mindset.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Graduation Year: 2025 pass-out only
Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in
- Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Minimum CGPA: 8.5 or above
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Availability: Willing to join as per phased onboarding plan (Jan Feb 2026)

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training and onboarding program designed for fresh graduates
Work closely with Technical Architects and Team Leads to understand technical solutions and delivery processes
Assist in development, testing, documentation, and support activities under guidance
Learn and apply problem-solving and programming fundamentals in real project scenarios
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client deliverables
Demonstrate continuous learning, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
