As part of the Global Excellence Centre (GEC), a centralized project delivery group, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with talented individuals across India, Romania, and the Philippines to provide capability, capacity, and a competitive advantage on various projects and services. Within the GEC's Advanced Process Manufacturing sector, you will work in cross-functional teams focusing on designing and developing innovative process engineering solutions for industries such as Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, and Process. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing plant equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, equipment sizing, and P & IDs, as well as developing specifications for various equipment types. Additionally, you will be involved in mass & energy balances, instrumentation control requirements, project scheduling, documentation development, and adherence to industry standards and best practices. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or similar) and have 4-8 years of experience as a process engineer in a design consultancy or GMP manufacturing environment. Essential skills include knowledge of process analysis, process safety, risk assessment, project management, and effective communication to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. While not mandatory, having a Master's degree in process engineering, professional certifications, experience with process automation, and knowledge of quality management systems would be advantageous.
