Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, and coordinating hiring processes for various job roles in a Recruitment Firm located in Navrangpura. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases. - Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidates" skills and experience. - Arrange interviews and follow up with clients and applicants. - Keep track of job vacancies and ensure timely closures. - Maintain records of hiring activities and update the database. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in HR, Business, or related field. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of hiring trends and recruitment tools is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Additional Details: Candidates must not be pursuing any studies. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for Fresher candidates with a Diploma as the required education qualification. Work location is in person.,
