Job Summary: As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Technical Sales , you will be part of an intensive learning journey, where you will be trained to support and drive sales activities in the construction equipment sector. You will work closely with senior sales professionals and customers to understand product applications, client requirements, and sales processes. This role is ideal for passionate and energetic engineering graduates looking to kickstart their career in technical sales with a global market leader. Roles & Responsibilities: Participate in product and sales training to understand SCHWING equipment and customer solutions. Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship building. Assist in organizing product demonstrations, roadshows, and customer visits. Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable product solutions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution and delivery. Prepare technical presentations and proposals under the guidance of the senior sales team. Visit project sites to monitor machine performance and gather feedback. Maintain records of sales inquiries, orders, and customer interactions. Required Skills: Strong interest in sales and customer interaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn technical applications in real-world scenarios. Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric thinking. Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
