Experience :

Qualification :

Diploma, B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and telecommunications Graduation Year : 2023 & 2024 (Only Freshers)

Job Summary

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey within the automotive manufacturing sector, focusing on cutting-edge automation and digitalization technologies. Your role will encompass hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, with a strong emphasis on automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, and robotics. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate smart factory solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and product quality. Additionally, you will engage in continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in automation and digital technologies, and applying this knowledge to real-world challenges. This position offers a comprehensive exposure to the intricacies of automotive manufacturing, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical) who have a passion to work in the Industrial Products, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Robotics field.
Individuals will be expected to work in various Teams Design Autocad, Pro E, Eplan, Automation PLC, SCADA, Robotics, Project Execution, Site Supervision for mechanical equipment and piping.

Required Skills

First class / 60% & Above / GPA 7.0 or higher (Anything lower will not be considered)
First class throughout the education. BE / B Tech is a MUST- No Masters or other specializations (Overqualified) Knowledge of Indian Industrial / Engineering / Manufacturing companies work culture. Exceptional communication skills and not afraid to share radical views and ideas for innovation or engineering. Passion for automotive manufacturing process and solutions and for learning Automation and latest technologies.
