Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GPR Operator based in Mumbai. The GPR Operator will conduct ground-penetrating radar (GPR) surveys to collect and analyze subsurface data, ensuring accurate results for project requirements. Key responsibilities include operating GPR equipment, processing and interpreting geophysical data, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with the project team. While the role requires an on-site presence for fieldwork in Mumbai and surrounding areas, some tasks may be carried out remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating GPR equipment and conducting geophysical surveys
• Knowledge of data processing, interpretation, and reporting in geotechnical and geophysical contexts
• Understanding of geological and geotechnical principles for accurate field data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities to work collaboratively on projects
• A relevant degree or diploma in Geophysics, Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to travel for field assignments and adaptability for hybrid work arrangements
• Experience with related geotechnical survey equipment or techniques (e.g., seismic surveys, ERT) is an advantage
