Ability to work independently and manage multiple external relationships effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Experience handling international regulatory interactions (e.g., WHO, US FDA, EMA) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required Qualification : - Any Graduation

Role & responsibilities Policy Advocacy:- Engagement with central government bodies including MNRE, MoP, MoEFCC, NITI Aayog, CEA, CTU, Grid India, CERC, etc., to advocate for policy and regulatory reforms conducive to renewable energy growth. Regulatory Analysis: - Monitor and analyze existing and emerging policies, regulations, and legislative developments related to solar, wind, storage, green hydrogen, carbon markets, BESS, PSP, and power markets. Strategic Engagements:- Maintain strategic relationships with policymakers, think tanks, industry bodies (such as CII, FICCI, NSEFI, ISA), and multilateral organizations. Capacity Building: - Support internal awareness and training sessions on policy and regulatory developments for cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience- • Masters degree in Public Policy, Law, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines. A background from IITs/IIMs/ISB/NLUs is preferred. • 5–8 years of experience in policy, regulatory affairs, or government relations, preferably in the renewable energy or power sector. • Proven track record of working with central ministries and regulators. • Strong understanding of Indian power sector regulations, RE regulations, energy transition policies, and global climate frameworks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels. JOB DESCRIPTION : LIAISON ARCHITECT 1. Brief. As a Liaison Architect within the Real Estate Industry, your primary objective is to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate permit acquisition, and coordinate effectively among stakeholders involved in residential and commercial projects. Your duties include: - 2. Key Responsibilities. (a) Liaison & Approvals: (i) Coordinate with government authorities such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, Town Planning, MIDC, MOEF, AAI, MSEDCL, NHAI, RERA, and Revenue Departments for project approvals. (ii) Obtain necessary sanctions, NOCs, and permits for building plans, environment clearances, fire safety, aviation, and utility connections from respective Government Departments. (iii) Ensure compliance with local municipal regulations, environmental norms, and DCR guidelines. (iv) Handle change of land use, zoning approvals, and property title documentation. (b) Architectural & Regulatory Compliance: (i) Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings, building plans, and master layouts as per government norms. (ii) Prepare and submit Feasibility Reports for management review. (iii) Ensure adherence to the National Building Code (NBC), UDCPR, and RERA guidelines. (iv) Provide technical input to the design team to ensure compliance with regulatory norms. (v) Work closely with legal teams for title verification, land acquisition compliance, and dispute resolutions. (vi) Coordinate with all stakeholders for site visits of Regulatory Authorities (c) Coordination & Documentation: (i) Liaise with structural engineers, town planners, surveyors, and legal advisors to facilitate project execution. (ii) Maintain and update a database of all project-related approvals, agreements, and compliance records. (iii) Follow up with authorities and consultants to expedite approval processes. (iv) Prepare reports and presentations for management updates on project approvals and compliance status. (d) Stakeholder Management: (i) Act as a single point of contact between the company and regulatory bodies for all architectural approvals. (ii) Coordinate with internal teams, project managers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution. (iii) Address and resolve any regulatory roadblocks that may delay project execution. 2. Key Requirements: (a) Bachelor degree in architecture or a related field. (b) Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate liaison and architectural approvals. (c) Must have hands-on experience in handling government approvals, regulatory clearances & municipal processes. (d) Strong knowledge of Pune Development Plan, UDCPR, and other real estate regulations. (e) Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. (f) Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with government authorities. (g) Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure seamless execution of approvals.
