Google Ads Specialist

We are a US-based e-commerce fashion brand with a strong presence in international markets and a growing operations team in Mohali, Punjab. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to take ownership of paid campaigns and drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
• Manage Google Merchant Center feeds for e-commerce products.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
• Handle campaign budgets, forecasts, and monthly spend reporting.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals for the US marketplace.
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends, bidding strategies, and new features.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong background in e-commerce and fashion industry campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with the US marketplace (Google Shopping, Dynamic Remarketing, Performance Max).
• Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, bid management, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for performance tracking.
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in Meta Ads or SEO would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
