Google Ads Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Your role will involve managing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, optimizing campaigns for better performance, collaborating with marketing and design teams, performing A/B testing, staying updated with digital marketing trends, and effectively managing ad budgets to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance. - Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, lower CPC, and improved conversion rates. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant tools. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. - Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages. - Stay updated with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor strategies. - Manage ad budgets effectively to meet business objectives and maximize ROI. - Track conversions, set up pixels, and ensure accurate attribution. Qualification Required: - Proven experience (13+ years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of performance marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager. - Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns.
