Role Overview: As a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and overseeing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads for diverse clients and industries. Your collaboration with strategy and creative teams will be vital in ensuring that campaigns are focused on ROI and effectively drive traffic, leads, and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns on various platforms like Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Develop and test ad copy and creative assets to maximize results, while monitoring key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make necessary strategy adjustments. - Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting, and track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. - Lead, support, and provide training to junior PPC executives or team members when needed. - Collaborate with internal departments like SEO, Design, and Account Management to ensure cohesive campaign strategies. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience running Google Ads campaigns in a digital marketing agency. - Proficiency in managing multiple client accounts across various industries and mentoring junior PPC staff. - Expertise in utilizing Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio. - Possession of Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) would be advantageous. - Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and client-facing confidence are essential. - Ability to translate data into actionable strategies, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated on new trends, updates, and features within the Google Ads ecosystem to ensure campaign effectiveness. - Provide clear and insightful reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in campaign performance.,
