Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, data analysis, and performance tracking to maximize ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to optimize targeting.
• Write compelling ad copies and ensure accurate ad placement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve campaign goals and KPIs.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for integrated marketing strategies.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance for clients and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Excellent understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and A/B testing.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and client handling experience.
