Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to drive ROI for various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.)

·        Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights

·        Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions

·        Write compelling ad copy and test variations to maximize performance

·        Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign health

·        Collaborate with the content and design teams to align landing pages with ad campaigns

Requirements:

·        1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Google Ads certification is a plus)

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data

·        Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup

·        Basic understanding of SEO and how paid ads integrate with overall digital marketing

·        Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns

·        Knowledge of other platforms like Facebook Ads, Bing Ads is a plus
