Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS , and lead quality Monitor daily budgets, ad performance, and conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel Run A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages Generate performance reports and actionable insights for clients/team Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines Good communication skills and analytical mindset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: 3month: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Panchkula, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
