Job Responsibilities – Social Media Manager (1–3 Years Experience) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Design visually appealing graphics and posts using Canva Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads & Meta Ads to boost visibility and conversions Monitor daily performance of social media channels and ad campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to maintain consistent branding Track trends, reels, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest growth strategies Ensure all campaigns and creatives align with brand tone and objectives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Last salary Experience: o month: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Panchkula, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
