Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copies, banners, and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximize campaign efficiency.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
Manage ad account budgets and ensure cost-effective media spending.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues quickly and effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
