About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist who can handle end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for healthcare clinics across India. Your role is to generate high-quality leads at scale, improve ROAS, and maintain consistent performance across Search, PMax, Display & YouTube campaigns.

You will work closely with the CSMs and creative team, ensure tracking accuracy, and produce insights that directly contribute to clinic revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Setup

  • Conduct deep keyword research for Search campaigns (broad, phrase, exact intent-based).
  • Structure campaigns based on service lines (Hair, Skin, Ortho, Dental, Weight Loss, Ayurveda, etc.).
  • Create high-converting ad copies, sitelinks, callouts & structured snippets.
  • Handle complete setup for Search, Performance Max, YouTube & Display campaigns.
  • Build conversion tracking with GTM, GA4 & TeleCRM/Clarity integrations.

2. Daily Optimization & Performance Scaling

  • Optimize CTR, CPC, Quality Score & CVR for the first 15 days and ongoing.
  • Add negative keywords daily/weekly to control wasted spend.
  • Improve ad relevance, landing page experience & search term quality.
  • Monitor auctions, competitor movements & impression share.
  • Scale budgets based on CPA, CPL & ROAS benchmarks.

3. Lead Quality, Tracking & Analytics

  • Ensure 100% tracking accuracy using GTM/GA4/TeleCRM.
  • Analyse lead quality from Telecallers & improve campaign targeting.
  • Review landing page insights using Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, scroll depth).
  • Create custom dashboards for weekly performance review.

4. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare weekly/bi-weekly performance reports.
  • Highlight key wins, issues, wasted spends, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with CSMs, media buyers and designers to maintain performance.
  • Present insights and optimization logic in client calls.

Mandatory Skills

  • 1–2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search + PMax).
  • Strong understanding of keyword strategy & intent classification.
  • Expertise in GTM, GA4, TeleCRM, Call Tracking & Clarity.
  • Ability to analyse metrics (CTR, QS, CPA, ROAS, Conv. Rate).
  • Strong competitor analysis & A/B testing skills.
  • Ability to manage 8–12 clinic accounts independently.

Technical Skills

  • Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  • GTM events & conversion setup
  • GA4 behaviour analysis
  • Landing page CRO fundamentals
  • Excel/Sheets for reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
