About the Role

Google Ads Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).
Conduct keyword research and optimize targeting strategies.
Write compelling ad copies and test different variations.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Set up conversion tracking, analyze campaign data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads & performance marketing.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.

Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Google Ads certification preferred.
Good understanding of SEO, funnels, and lead generation strategies.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
