Goodspace.ai | Senior Full Stack Engineer (4+ Years) — Founding Builder Track (Sweat Equity Pathway)

Full-time | On-site | Noida | 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Mon–Sat

Minimum 4 years full-time Full Stack experience mandatory. Freshers will be auto-rejected.

What you’ll do
  • Build and scale end-to-end web applications (front + back).
  • Own features from spec → architecture → implementation → release.
  • Write clean, testable, production-grade code.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
  • Work closely with product, design, growth, and leadership.
Must-have

  • 4+ years React.js

  • 4+ years Node.js

  • Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • API design + database experience (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Strong debugging and system thinking
  • Git + modern dev workflows
Good-to-have
  • CI/CD, DevOps exposure
  • AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Experience with scale, observability, security
