1. Responsible for Monitoring of Gold loan operations at the branch
2. To handle gold loan customers at the branch, explaining product features, handling queries, Monitoring documentation and authorization of gold loan operations
3. Responsible for achieving of M-O-M Agri gold loan budget with qualitative business
4. Responsible for sourcing of New to bank customers thereby leading to increase in client base
5. Monitoring of activities undertaken for product promotion and marketing
6. Collecting prospective leads through conducting farmers meeting, existing HNI clients, follow up and conversion the leads
7. Follow up of exited customers and bringing back the potential clients
8. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of LTV, SMA / NPA
9. Responsible for recovery and upgradation of SMA /NPA Jewel loans, timely conduct of Jewel auction
10. Monitoring of land record updations, proof updations and other parameters pertaining to Agri Gold loan
11. Ensuring proper rotation of Appraiser & adherence of Appraiser policy
12. Cross Selling of other Bank Products
13. Supporting JL Audit inspection and file closure in time
